310-562-9514 - Just got an Unrequested & Unsolicited TXT message from this number, which is located in West Los Angeles, California, and is through Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC.

TXT message states: "Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Respond (yes) to learn more about this."

I will be reporting this TXT directly to the FCC, AT&T/Cingular Wireless, as one of their customers sent this SPAM TXT to me.
