Submitted my phone details for unlocking. They failed to do so and said their Finance dept would issue a refund within 10 days. This has not yet happened and over 7 months have passed.

There is no means of contacting them either by email or telephone.

A completely fraudulent scam and should be shut down.

The company suppose to retirn refund because it couldn't unlock my mobile phone.
