It never matchs the upc internet speed test which does not measure the real speed. videos and youtube is choppy when watched. I had to disconnect the digital tv to watch tv. these service department say the will call back and check with me if everything is working after they sent a tech person. Noone ever called back and after a week everything nothing changed. I was told i would get a refund on our invoice there was not refund for the time the internet did not work.
