I got the Uppa Baby Vista as a gift and it has inconvenienced my life. I live in Toronto and I could not ride the streetcar and as I was trying to raise the stroller up my child who is only one month old at the time almost fell off the bassinet. Another thing, I could'nt fit through the doors of most restaurants. It has prevented me from enjoying my life.
I called the company and spoke to the owner name Bob, apparently. I told him the situation since I'm aware that the model has a narrower wheel, if he could atleast send me the new wheels without cost...as this is definitely a design flaw. I was very disappointed that he could'nt do anything for me. The price of the new set of wheels will only cost him $40.00 at retail price which means I would estimate $20.00 at manufacturer's cost. What a joke!
I will recommend this stroller to any residents of Canada. NO INTEGRITY AND PRIDE FOR PRODUCTS THEY PRODUCE FOR NEW MOTHERS...ABSOLUTELY NONE.
