After leaving the country for several months they did not stop my account and counted the months and days towards my warranty coverage. They never informed me that I could stop my account while away. When confronting them they said there was nothing they could do.I have seen no results whatsoever. They have always been extremely rude including and especially the manager. They have no customer service skills. They lie to you when you first walk in promising results. By the way everyone wins $300 on their website its a SCAM to lure innocent people in. With the economy being so low they should be ashamed with what they do. I still have hair and negative $1200. Do not go stick to waxing or find a real professional the best way is someone you know who has gotten results that you have witnessed. I am filing a complaint. They are unprofessional ...don't go...I WARNED YOU!
