I bought bought 31 used patient monitor in auction for 500 dollars. I called the ups store to pick up and ship to me. They wanted my credit card before picking up. They didnot call me about the weight an shipping cost before charching my credit card for 3800 dollars. They packed it in big boxes of sixteen instead of at most 8 and over charge me. I ship all the time and I have never seen any thing like this.
