UPS is very inconistent with its drop off policy. My shipper specific allowed for package to be left with signature. Which I signed for, but the driver refuses to leave package. It is completely indiscriminate wether they leave it or not. FedEx always leave, and is much much better service. I can't believe I am saying this but so is USPS.

Don't use UPS ground, Union drivers don't care about customer service. UPS can't fire them so why try. FedEx non-union and great service
