While Urban Home has modern furniture at inexpensive prices- buyer beware. First of all you will not find a dovetail joint in this store which wouldn't be such a problem if they stood by their products.

I purchased a tufted linen bench to place at the foot of my bed. They didn't have one in the store so I had to wait 6 days for shipment from their warehouse. Then I recieved a box. I had to put it together myself. Fortunately it was just screwing the legs in. It was missing a button and before the night was over two more had come off. Upon return they offered me the floor model which also was damaged, or to order a new one. No one could promise me it would be better made. The return policy is 10 days . Why would I buy another onefrom them if this one didnt last one night? So they charged me a $25.00 restocking fee.
