Grossly overcharged for one color hair processing. Price menu on front desk says from 65 on up. I was told my hair would cost "a little extra" expecting that to amount to approx 20-30 dollars was totally shocked and dismayed to learn she charged me $150!!! At no time was I informed how much this "little extra" would amount to. I walked out of there feeling like I got screwed and with an almost $200 bill for an average hair color and flat iron. WHAT A RIP OFF this place is. I complained to the Owner/Manager and was told I should consider this a "Lesson Learned!" Imagine that??? Absolutely no CUSTOMER SERVICE! She did not care that I was unhappy with how they took advantage of me.. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! They apparently do not care about their customers. She made no effort, except to meet with me to discuss my issue, to make the situation right. She refused to offer me any sort of refund. Do yourself a favor and buy 2 boxes of Nice and Easy and do it yourself... I totally got screwed. Dont let it happen to you!.
