Their website states that you preorder the bobblehead and you will be contacted with further instructions to submit information so they can make your custom bobblehead. Their website also states that you get your bobblehead much quicker than other websites. I purchased my bobblehead needing it in two weeks, which their website said is possible. On week went by and I never received any information from them. I sent them an email almost everyday with zero replies. Paypal ended up refunding my money rather quickly, Thank God. Do not order from them because you will never hear from them or receive your product.
