A man (Terry Goodyear) came to our business to sell us an agreement on a check aproval system. The meeting was very short and high pressure to use his company. At first I said no and I wanted to think about it, but he said he came a long way and I was wasting his time and my business partner was tired of getting bad checks and Mr. Goodyear said I could just try his co. for 30 days and if I did not like the service I could cancel. His company was IGF Northeast. But the lease co. was MBF Leasing LLC he represented both companies as I did sign a paper with the terms he quoted me. About 2 weeks later I got a lease agreement from the MBF Co. and it said the lease could not be canceled. I am paying $64.00 a month for 48 months for a check scaning machine ($3072.00) I called both companies and both just gave me a big run around. I will call the Better Business Bureau and contact my lawyer. MBF said after the 48 month contract the machine will not be ours, we will then have the option to buy it. The IGF man said the $64.00 a month is to purhase the machine. That is way too much for the machine. About $500.00 is the true cost of the machine. I did not see a lease contrac until I received it in the mail. This company is a true RIP OFF!!
