I purchased cigarettes online June 21, 2010. After not receiving the products I contacted them and was told the money had been seized by the US Attorney. After months we received forms to fill out to have our money returned. I sent this info back to them via certified mail which they received December 9, 2010. Still no refund and of course you are unable to talk to a person, you are transferred to a recording which states due to the high number of requests they are running behind.
We still do not know the reason for the seizure! Just stop and think, if they can do this to us then they can and will do it to you!!!
