i recieved a voicemail from either an indian or arabic man stating to call him back asap regarding a legal matter that is very important and legal action will be taken if i dont respond. so i called back not knowing what this was about to have a very rude and nasty either indian or arabic answer telling me to have my attorney call him and i am facing 3 felonies. i asked him what this was about and he didnt want to tell me a thing i had 2 argue with him4 bout a half an hour and kept getting hung up on by him n he just kept getting nastier n nastier finally telling me i owe on a loan from united cash services but wouldnt tell me how much just that i need2 quit questioning him and have an atorney call him but i said how can i have an atorney call u when i dont even know what this is about. and he said i need2 quit hiding and running or i will end up in big trouble and go2 the supreme court. he knew my adress, old employer, social, bank info and familys names. which he must have goten from when i did do a loan a while ago but am paying back but i refuse2pay something back i never got. i asked him since this was put in my bank act how come there is no record in my statements of it but i got hung up on4 it. so i just continued2 call back2get2the bottom of it and this time a diferent man answered with the same acent claiming to be the same officer howard jones i spoke with but wasnt his voice was deeper but anyways he told me i got a loan from us cash advance of $555 and it was now up 2 $722 since i havnt paid on it and will have 3criminal charges and will be sued 4 $2782 and wanted payment imediatly and 4 me2 fax a letter stating i will pay the loan back and didnt mean2commit fraud.in the background u could hear a whole bunch of people with the same accent on phones2.these people need2be caught and stoped imediatly b4 any more inocent people get scamd. i didnt send any money but im sure many have this has had me stressed and i am sooo pissed! they have all my info..
