Fraudulent Collections

I received a call from 253-236-6030 and spoke to a middle eastern accented rep who threw a lot of legal jargon at me. He stated that I was their was a lawsuit out against me and was trying to make me pay a some close to a thousand dollars. When I attempted to ask questions he would raise his voice and try to over talk me. He further said that unless I paid off the debt they would contact everyone I know including my employer to attempt to collect the debt owed and they would stop my paychecks from coming in. I was very upset with this guy and requested to speak to his supervisor and he denied the transfer saying I could only talk to him. Bogus B.S. What is this world coming to man.

loan

i've been getting these harassing phone calls at work and at home about some payday loan from us cash advance. when i called the # back i talked to a jerry, who was very rude and wouldn't give me any information. all i wanted was something i could read/see. a albert smith also called my work place and was extremely rude to them. both of these men had a middle eastern accent. i asked them to stop calling me and my work place and they flat out refused. i have never taken a payday loan, so this is just blowing my mind that a company like this can exsist and treat people so rudely. oh yea they are calling there company the federal legislative agency.
