I found info on Kim Kamondo site and check this Grant site out, as I read it sounded ok all I had to pay was $1.95 to get info now or $2.95 to get CD. I tried to get info now at $1.95 but every time I tried to pay with my Debt card it said there was a error, so I thought it failed.
Until I check my bank account on monday the 15th they charged me $1.95 but no info yet on my e-mail account, I called them and talked to a Bella and said it was a free trial but I did not read it on the site I was on, and that it would be $1.95 a month I told her to CANCEL IT NOW!!! I told her if I had knowen there was a monthly fee I would have gone some where else. She said she cancell it and would sent me the info to my e-mail address, I asked her to give me the cancellation number now it is #103553.
Did not rec a e-mail. Checked my on-line checking account and found out they took out another $1.95 & $.02 on the 16th I then called back and talked to a Jake, he looked and he said it was cancelled and I have my free week to check out the web site and he would send me an e-mail.
I told him I was charged twice and he more or less said I was wrong. I told him I was looking at my bank charges as we speak, he said he would get with billing and check it out, I asked for there number and he said they have to go through a web site and that I could not talke to them.
STILL HAVE NOT REC'D A E-MAIL
I talked to a Richard today the 18th when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he was one. ( I told him I think you are just saying that but he made no commet)
I told him about what was going on and he said he would send me a e-mail (I repeated it back to him slowly and he said that is what they have). Told him I only have until tomorrow the 19th at midnight to use site, and that it was not fair because I did not rec any info, but he said there was nothing he could do about that. I did tell him I'm glad I cancelled and will be going to a better company.
My bank did get me the one $1.95 back but had to close my debt card so they could not charge it again.
