In the past 1 1/2 years, they have lost (undelivered) 5 cards. I deliver my mail to the post office. All pakages and bills I mail make it to there destinations, but not any kind of cards . I mailed a birthday card to my granddaughter on Jan 24, she has not received it. I went to the post office, they said it was not there responsiblity, next time certify it for $5.00. I have had to stop payment on three checks so far. I do not know how to send mail now
