I have moved and turned in a change of address to the postal service branch on Kavanaugh street in Little Rock, AR. My old address was 23400 Lawson Road Little Rock, AR 72210. I changed my address on the last of October to PO Box 250396 Little Rock, AR 72225. Since that time I have not received any mail what so ever from the old address or new address. I have talked with the postal service person at this location and the office on Asher Ave in Little Rock. They don't know what has happend and are not doing anything to justify that my mail is being forwarded. I found out by accident that the forwarding department of the US postal service is forwarding my mail to another po box that does not exsist. I keep getting the run around and my bills are being paid late because of this incident. I would like someone to look into this matter for me. I need to receive my mail at the correct address. I went to the web site to put in another address change and it would not accept a po box. I could not find the other complaint department where this should be routed from your web site. Please see that this matter is rectified immediately. thank you...Carol Wolfe
