I paid them $2, 200 in 2006 for tax services with Richard Hargus regarding ~$6, 000 owed to the IRS in back taxes. I appeared as if he was doing his job and stopping levies etc. Now I can't reach him by phone (non-working numbers) and he's not responding to my emails so I'm starting to feel like I got scammed.

The last communication I had via email with him was back in Dec. 2007 when my father was dying and I haven't heard from his since.
