Company kept calling even after we requested to be taken off the call list. They told me that if I verified the company information they would not call again. This was recorded. I verified the information, however, numerous times I said that I would NOT subscribe to their service or pay any money. When the charge showed up on my telephone bill, I called their number. They agreed to cancel the service and gave me an authorization number for the cancellation. I assumed that I would get a credit on my phone bill. When I did not receive the credit, I called them again. I was told that they never agreed to give me a credit and played the recording for me. The recording was obviously not complete and had no record of me saying that I did not want to subscribe. At one point when asked if I agreed, the recording played a bleeped sound and that was when I was saying that I would absolutely not subscribe to the service. The representative that I spoke to said that it was clearly a "YES", and that she could do nothing for me. They obviously edit the tape so that it reflects what they want it to. DO NOT ANSWER ANY of their questions. You will be signed up for something that you do not want. My lesson cost me $42.95 for one month. When I tried to report to the Better Business Bureau I was put on hold for l hour. Finally hung up.
