I got a new crib for my little girl. They said the crib has to be mailed from the company who makes it. That's fine and I can deal with waiting for the crib. But call and say your going to send half the order and I will have to pay for the shipping fee over to get the rest of the order. They keep doing this for 8 weeks as we waited for the crib to come in. Told us over the phone there not the company who will be delivering the crib. The van shows up with a USA Baby's on the side of it. Every time they called trying to push for us to take half the crib my wife would cry because the lady was so mean on the phone. Did find out there corp office went bankrupt. I would say never shop at any USA Baby. This company has crappy servers and is rude.
