USA CREDIT TOOK $149.95 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE TAKE OUT AND i WOULD REALLY LIKE IT BACK BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT PERFORMED ANY SERVICES AT ALL . iF THEY WERE THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT ME A BILL EXPLAINING WHAT WAS BEING DONE.

On AUG.31, 2010, USA CREDIT debited my bank acct. of $149.95, and I have no idea what that was for. And being that I try and keedp track of every penny, being on full pension from the service, for injuries non- service related, some thing like that makes it hard to pay the rent, when you live on limited funds, and can't go out and try earn any more funds cause you can't do the type of work you have trained to do, over the past 30 some yrs. I'm now Officially retired do to injuries I received from a truck accident where my employer had no insurance what-so-ever.and since they haven't been able to get there hands on him yet, i got stuck with all the charges from the accident, road damage, medical, and wrecker bill, and the storage bill since this accident, happpened in 2004 in the great state a VA. I know where he lives here in NC, his girl friend, where she lives at, and his house in MARYLAND where his other girl friend lives with her parents and her family. And that house is reported to be worth a co0l million dollars. His property in Roseboro, NC, is worth some money too. But my lawyers haven't gotten to that far in my case against him, so I'm just getting by right now. So anytime people take money out my acct. unjustly, I get a little upset.

I applied for a loan online on 8/29/2010 and was redirected to USA Credit page. I opted out of this suggested site and the next thing I know, I check my account statement today and found that my account was charged $149.95 for a one time fee with USA Credit. I spoke with a rep who tried to convenience me that I had applied for the card. I asked if they would send my money back and she stated it was a non-refundable fee. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the IRS to inform them of the illegal practices used by this company in order to get customers.

I would like to suggest that everyone of us that has been scammed by this company come together and get a class action law suit against them in order to get our money back. Because as far as they see it we applied for their services when we did not.

I had gotten an account with them about ten years ago and could not use the account because the webpage did not exist. So I was out my money and no one was going to replace it. It is a scam to get account information and money from everyone's account.

I was looking for an online payday loan and did not authorize this charge. Now my account is negative and I am further in DEBT!!! I just want my money back...

I did not apply for anything through this compnay, I recieved a pop up for a credit card while trying to apply for a payday loan, I did not fill out any of my information because I was not looking for a credit card. Now my account is overdrawn and I am positive they charged me from this company two different times. Once for 49.99 and a second time for 149.95. I cannot get this company to call me back and I want my money back!!! I haven't recieved a crdit card from anyone!!!
