Eight months ago I ordered some products from USAsalesout.com online. They have yet to ship my full order, though they did manage to charge the full amount to my credit card. I have called (877) 501.6896 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting (877) 501.6896 end_of_the_skype_highlighting and emailed www/[email protected] and written letters to the address they have listed (in Canada) and have never been contacted. I simply get a machine each time I call. No reply emails, no reply letters. They promise "100% customer satisfaction" but have broken their promise...
