I was checking into appling for a government grant. I authorized a one time charge of $2.97. When I received my credit card statement, I had been charged $57.61, twice. This is a scam. I am trying to get a refund. On a limited income, I should have known better. If it sounds too good to be true, IT IS. Will keep you informed. Pat
