I have not received acknowledgement of the Sale or a paid Invoice, 15 days after PayPal confirmed that US Auto Parts had the payment . I have written to US Auto Parts and they didn't answer(3 days later), even though the PayPal Transaction ID was given. I called them today, and they lied to me that PayPal didn't send the order through to US Auto Parts, as of today. I want the item shipped to me overnight, at no additional cost.

I need the air conditioner condenser immediatetely, and should not have to wait more than two weeks for the sale to be acknowledged. I have had other problems with US Auto Parts "bookkeeping" in the past, where I had to write more than a dozen letters to get the complete core charge refunded when the core was returned, even with tracking number and receipt confirmation.

I will also report this incident to Site Jabber, that is what got the problem resolved last time- public embarrassment.

They just delay and avoid sending merchandise or giving credit due. Anything they can do to keep your money. A scummy business.
