This individual keeps calling me from different numbers 888-336-5999 and253-243-2083 stating that I am being named in a lawsuit for money borrowed from a payday loan from this company . They claim that they are going to serve these papers at my place of employment but they never do. They will not even provide documentation to support this claim even when asked to, They state that they can only provide this information to my lawyer, I have asked them not to call me at work, but they continue to do so, I have asked them to send documentation or to serve the papers so that I might respond to the claims yet they will not. They continue to call my home at least 5 times a day and my place of employment at least 10 times a day, Please help I have reported this to the federal trade commisioner as well as the state attorney general's office. I believe I am a victim of computer hacking. My information has been misused.
