The customer service at Just Right are RUDE and unprofessional.
I made a payment arrangement with the manager at the payment center and made a payment in the same day. I thought all was good until my next payment was due. A few days later I started getting phone call from the automatic system so I wanted to seek to some one to get it resolved because I know that I had made a payment and made an arragement on the 1 payment I was behind. The young lady gets on the phone blasting me about not making a payment and then tells me the notes are not in the sytem. After all of that then she made that comment about YOU PEOPLE and hung up in my face and would not listen to what I had to say. Do not do business with these people the car are over prices not in good shape and the intrest rate is higher then loan sharks. Stay away from this business at all cost. If you can deal with a main car dealership.
