I bought a 1999 ford windstar from used car world @ 2351 sawmill run blvd pittsburgh, pa in Feb of 2010.

I made it 10 miles down rd and my check engine light came on and tranny would not shift into overdrive.

I immediately called them and they said call tomorro and they would fix it. I called and the owners were snowed in. This went on for a week. I had less than 20 miles on van and they refused to fix my issues or meet me half way.

They promised to help and didn't. i am livid. i paid 3000.00 for junk.

I believe they seen single mom of three comming and took me for a *** ride. i wouldn't recomend my worst enemy to that car lot. Buyers BEWARE.
