Scammers/Liars

uSell.com is a scam. They quoted me $33 for my Samsung Gravity SGH-T459 so I sent it in. After 8 weeks of not hearing anything or receiving a check I emailed them. This is the reply I got:

"We did receive and appraise your phone, however the model quoted did not match the phone received. The features were different so unfortunately - the appraised value was $ 0.00, however, we will recycle your phone on your behalf. "

I can prove that I sent in the exact phone that they quoted because I have the paper work that they sent that clearly states the phone and model I was sending in and I have the box, instructions & paper work from t-mobile proving what make and model of phone I bought/owned.

I REALLY want to sue, this is complete fraud, and if you google them you will find that they do this scam over and over again.

RIPOFF

I SENT THESE CROOKS TWO CELL PHONES. ONE WAS LESS THEN A YEAR OLD AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE OTHER WAS A COUPLE OF YEARS OLD AND IN GOOD CONDITION. USING THE ONLINE SERVICE AND SUPPLYING MAKE AND MODELS, I RECEIVED A QUOTE OF $59.00. I EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO WRAP THEM IN BUBBLE WRAP TO PROTECT THEM IN SHIPMENT. IT TOOK THEM CLOSE TO A MONTH TO SEND ME A CHECK. THE CHECK WAS FOR $4.00. I HAVE OTHER PHONES BUT WANTED TO SEE IF THE COMPANY WAS TRUSTWORTHY, JUST AS I THOGHT, I GOT RIPPED OFF. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO AVOID THIS SCAM AND JUST DONATE THE PHONES TO SOMEONE IN NEED.
