Rip Off Site
I went through the process on their site to get a passport. Two days later a death in the family occurred and I wrote them to refund my 129.00. I explained the situation and at first got no response. A couple of days later they posted the transaction and 129.00 was taken out of my account. I wrote them again asking form my 129.00 back and go some of the nastiest emails as responses I've ever gotten from a company...
Last post I received was this:
Your threats do nothing to our company, at the end of the day you agree to pay those $45 in two different places and with that being said you are more then welcome to do what you like. Thank you and have a wonderful day. Now get a life and leave us alone.

I never agreed anywhere on the site to allow them to take 45.00 from me. And a day before they posted to my account I got "instructions".. on what I need to do to get a passport, which includes sending a check for 170.00 for a passport. So, even if I didn't try to cancel, I would have wasted 129.00 because all they were doing was sending me a list of what I would need to get a passport from the government. Con Artists to the max and ripoff to the max.
