i ordered a pair of ugg boots for $92.99 on 12/9/2009. It is now 12/18/2009 and I have replyed to them on their website 3times inquiring about the shipping date and have received no reply. I can locate no phone number or address for them. also i have just reserched their name on the web on found several complaints about them --some saying they are a scam.
