I ordered a pair of boots from this company for $92.99 on 12/9/2009 and have inquired via their website 3 times about the shipping date of my order, It is now 12/18/2009 and I have received no reply..I can locate no phone number or adress for them. Also I have just researched the company online and have found other complaints about them --some saying they are a scam. My credit card has on it a charge for a foreign trans action on the order date so this "company" could be anywhere in the world. I am currently diputing this charge with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM USUGGBOOTS.com.
