I ordered a paid of uggs on December 5, 2009 and as of today, December 23, 2009, I have not received them. I have sent numerous email to the company and only recieved 1 response. They have been shipped our on December 9th. I am unable to locate a phone number to call them directly. I sent emails trying to cancel without any success. I filed a complaint with pay pal.
