My investments In ARS Bonds of UTI Technolory Services Ltds. has been already been matured during April, 2009. But inspite of my several letters and reminders, they have not sent me the maturity proceeds. In addition, Interest @ 6.6% was to be paid to me each half-yearly since commencement of the scheme, but till date I have not received a single interest amount against the said investment. In addition, the ARS Bonds Certificate has not been sent to me yet. I think, this is the maximum inefficiency and indiffrent attitude of UTI towards their poor customers. My Investor ID No. is 211981407. In reply to my earlier complaint letter to UTI, they have sent me a letter dt. 10.01.06 having complaint reference no. 29826564 asking me to submit some documents. Accordingly, I had submitted all the required documents vide Regd. Post on 21.05.2009. But since then, I have not received either any reply nor my maturity proceed yet.
