Refurb PS3 "Repair"

I took my 1st gen PS3 in (to V3RGE) with blueray read issues, was told it "couldn't" be fixed and now that I have it home it won't even send a signal to the TV. Before I took it in I was able to play anything downloaded, including the DC Online Beta, demos, PS Home, anything, and now, nothing. "Are you sure you don't want to just buy a new one?" "Are you sure you want to pick it up?" Yes, It's in the same condition it was when you dropped it off." The anti-tampering sticker is gone, along with all functionality (the TV it has always been connected to isn't getting any signal at all) and suddenly I'm unable to leave voicemail at V3RGE as I've been doing since the 30th of Dec. If anyone would like to join me in small claims court please let me know on this board and I will set up an email account for correspondence. No, I am not an employee. I'm an angry gamer.

XBOX

I bought this unit 5 months ago for my son that comes and visits every other week end. It has maybe been used 10 to 15 hours. This is a complete rip off. Your telling me that the xbox that was sold to me was refurbished to it's original new condition and that your company stands behind any work or I guess it doesn't. You should be reported as a scam company with absolutely zero credibility. I can not believe you have the gull to tell me your willing to recycle this. You should go to prison for fraud and miss representation. How could a xbox with so little hours be diagnosed with an outcome and reply "we don't believe anyrepairs we could do would hold up". It's obvious your company new this when they sold it to me.
