On Cotober 20, 2003, I paid Rs 21,600 in cash and became members of vacation India Club. (Refer to: Recipet No DHN/102; Contract No: VCI/ DHN/ Int/ 0090). On December 7, 2003, I received a letter from the club's Kolkata-based Manager - Member Relations, Mr Peter Ghosh that the membership card was on way. That's all. After numerous attempts and legwork, It has come to fore that the vacation India club run by one Mr Vijay Singh of New Delhi is nothing but a fraud.
