I was charged on my debit card $16.95. I don't even know who this company is and how they got my card number. I never signed up for anything or authorized anything.

Please help me get this back or get no more charges to my acct. as I am a disabled person and live on SSI. I can't have charges to this acct. for no reason as I need all my money just for my bills and rent.
