I had been a vodaphone user for few years. I had activated the 300 sms scheme. In this one can make 300 sms by recharging with Rs 35 card. When I was making sms i suddenly noticed my balance going down. I talked to the customer care service, I was informed that No such scheme is valid for National holidays such as Holi, Diwali, New year... I doubt if there was any mention of such clause. If it was it should be Highlighted. Anyway not just that today is not a holiday still my money deductions remain same for sms.

Sorry to say But this is a real DECOITY on part of CUSTOMERS.
