The site was easy to use and I found something suitable very quickly. The ordering process was simple and straightforward.<br /><br />The delivery driver put a card through the door when I was in all day so they could not have knocked very hard on the door. I organized re-delivery for the next day and was given a 1 hour slot which they missed and did not even attempt delivery, goods finally arrived on the third day with full package tracking which had not been available on the previous 2 attempts.<br /><br />The goods arrived in good condition as described.<br /><br />I removed 1 star for the delivery issue as it is not really the fault of the seller but the delivery people.
