People who are looking to move or buy a business or home should be aware of the corruption and mismanagement of the "powers that be" in Oakland Park. MS13 gangs, polluted properties, property bought with taxpayer monies with no phase two inspections and now are sitting..this place has got to rank as one of the most mismanaged and corrupt of all US cities.. literally taking the parking of properties because Oakland Park wants to turn itself into a LasOlas Blvd, or Worth Avenue or Clamatis of Palm beach...go ahead ride thru there at night, you wont go back..then re-zoning properties that were industrial into residential...thats like trying to make a mink coat out of a Rats back...this city needs to boot whoever runs it out...people are pissed by this debachle..
