Wrecked my furniture

WORST MOVER EVER !!!

They were charged with a simple move...they were so completely inept that they ended up destroying brand new furniture in the course of a simple cross town transfer then did not say anything about it. Once I found out my belongings had been destroyed I called them...they said too bad...not our problem...They could care less about you or your belongings...DO NOT USE THIS MOVER FOR ANYTHING !!!

Not covering insurance

I thought the move went well until I had to file a claim for damages. They just denied my full coverage for damages. I paid good money on insurance for full coverage on the move, and for them to take the money and not provide claims, it is a typical insurance scam. They do not want to pay for what should have been covered. Do not relocation with Valley Relocation!!! Beware...
