Adult Home facility.

We spend a lot of money at Home Depots stores all over for our constant need to update and renew our Facility. The Valley Stream Store has proven to be the WORSE store ever, with courteous employees and management who make broken promises and fail to follow through on their customers orders. They pass it on to another person each time.

Today is August 16th, 2007. We ordered paneling on 6/19/07, were told it would be delivered in a week.

Finally on 7/6/07 we went top the store to complain and they told us they did not have the paneling in stock!

Well why not call or order it. OK OK OK so show me what paneling we can get this week. We change our order and still no delivery. 2 MONTHS for a delivery of paneling... come on NOW !! Excuses and stories and passed on from one person to another. ENOUGH!!!

This is ridiculous and so so so so unprofessional.

Home Depot can count on my canceling my commercial credit card and move onto Lowes from now on! Shameful!!
