i went to get my oil change on 5-06-08 and about a month and a half later the brakes started to seem like they needed to be replaced so i took it in and the guys had it up on the lift for 3 minutes and asked where i had the oil changed last the "trained tech." at valvoline had put windshield washer fluid in my brake fluid which has distroyed my braking system and now i have to replace everything at a cost of 3200.00 for my 2003 jaguar xtype so a $70 oilchange turned into a lot more due to there negligence and now valvoline is refusing any responsiblity for anything without even looking under the hood.
