I attempted to return an item which was the incorrect one due to seller error. I ended up paying $10 for shipping to and from the seller's address because they rejected the shipment. Valorebooks did refund me my money, but did not do anything to recover the shipping expenses I wasted from the seller. If you purchase the wrong item from a seller on Valorebooks, don't expect to be paid back for your shipping expenses.
