I purchased a frame/mattress/foundation set for my granddaughter's 1st big girl bed from Bob's Furniture Store in Manchester, NH. To make a really long story short; I am 54 yrs old & have never dealt with a company that has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never purchase anything from them again!!!
