We bought a TV at Bernie's and were supposed to get $500 in grocery vouchers- $25 a month after we submitted $100 in receipts. July was the first month we sent the paperwork in. Now, in August we are unable to get on their website and the phone number is 'currently not in use on our system'. Bogus!
