I just want to say that Al Meo from Value Dry came to my home to look at my basement and I can honestly that I have never seen anyone that was soooo rude. All he did was talk about other companies, how they are this and that. Funny things is, he didn't mention anything about his company, or why Value Dri Waterproofing is different then the others. When he came in, he sounded like a " used car salesman ". I also figured it out and have been told that Value Dry and Aqua Dri might be the same company. I know that Al Meo used to work for Aqua Dri, and then later on got fired from the company. I also found out through another company that Al Meo has worked for 6 different waterproofing companies in the last 4 years and was terminated from every one of those jobs. Is it the industry thats bad or is it Al Meo. its guys like this that cause home improvement companies nightmares and headaches. Anyways, when he was at my home, I had to tell him about five times to leave my home, and that I was not interested in even hearing him out because of how unprofessional he was. Who wants someone in their home if all they are going to do is bash other waterproofing companies? It is very unprofessional and by doing that, I know that I could not trust having a contract with Value Dry Waterproofing.

Please DO NOT let this company come into your home, actually, DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY. Even CUSTOMER SERVICE played their roll in making their company look and sound bad from the start.
