Ordered $80 worth of vitamins on 5/31/10 --everything was in stock and expected to ship within 1-2 business days. I never got a confirmation email on my order, but they deducted the money from my account right away. After 4 days, I emailed through their "Contact Us Wizard" to find out what was going on. Never got a response, though my correspondence was listed as "Answered" on their website. After 10 days, I emailed them demanding to cancel my order, and called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Same day, they shipped the order and emailed to say they couldn't cancel it because it had shipped. Package arrived today 6/15/10. ONLY HALF THE ORDER IS IN THE BOX. The packing slip shows that everything I ordered shipped. Of course, you can't call them and talk to a human being. I will make sure they never get a dime of my money.
