Value Roofing did an outstanding job installing a new roof on our house. They had to replace the entire roof deck for us, because the plywood on our old roof was completely rotted. They were very professional and paid attention to details in every aspect. They cleaned up very well after the work was done. They made sure the roof was adequately ventilated, and they used a synthetic underlayment to prevent future problems. We had tar paper as an underlayment on the old roof and I think that caused a lot of problems for the old roof. They are very reasonably priced considering all the premium products they use and at the end of the day, we as homeowners feel very happy and impressed with the end product and the high quality work they did.
