I went to view a timeshare and was given a certificate for $300 in food vouchers. I needed to go to ValueBuzz website.. sign in and send in receits for each month and in return a $25 Visa card would be sent to me after submitting the monthly proof of $100 spent.
In addition, I couldn't print out this month's voucher..(August) which is required, and so don't have the needed info for this month. I called the phone number 1-866-978-1864, and it is no longer in service.

I received the $500 free grocery voucher with a purchase of two mattresses at Mattress World in May, 2009. First of all it took until the end of June to receive my Food Certificate Password. I sent in my first $100 receipt and voucher in July 2009. I have received nothing. This morning I went on-line to access my August voucher and am unable to access the website any longer. All that comes up is this complaint board. This is very shameful and I am extremely disappointed.

As an incentive to purchase a security system from Pinnacle, I was given a card to register for $600 in VISA cards at $25 a month. I registered, sent in receipts and have received nothing. Now, I cannot even get to their webpage.

All I was supposed to do was select a grocer in my town and spend $100 a month and send the receipt along with the voucher you print out online each month and get a $25 VISA card in return for 24 months.

The only thing they seemed to do, was SEND MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO EVERYONE AND THEIR DOGS. I HAVE BEEN GETTING TONS OF JUNK MAIL EVER SINCE.

SO, I AM ASSUMING THE SCAM WAS TO GET AN ADDRESS AND SELL IT TO OTHER ONLINE TELEMARKETERS!!!

Really makes me mad that I spent all this time and still have not received anything.
