On 11 August 2007, I received a letter from Values Plus Online stating I had signed up for their services and will be charged $16.95 per month for this service. there was a subscription number contained within the letter. I have never heard of this place and DID NOT sign up for ANYTHING, although they seem to have my credit card information.

Their email does not work, and guess what??? When I tried to call the telephone number to cancel this subscription, the "business" was closed.

How do I get rid of this fraud? Cancel my card? Advise smb!
